This is my first pre-built system. Previously I had built my own. However, there no longer seems to be a cost savings to doing so. With gems like this system, I can see why. The Thermaltake Reactor is a compact, no-nonsense pre built gaming PC that gives you just what you need. There isn’t space for expansion beyond additional SSD’s and a couple more memory sticks. The GPU is so massive that it covers the PCIe peripheral slot, so don’t expect to add anything other than maybe a couple SSD’s.
Easy to set up, extremely quiet, and high performance. I love the design of the Thermaltake tower case too.
The only negative is that it is difficult to access the motherboard peripheral attachment points. I have medium size hands and could barely manage getting everything plugged in without removing the top fans. If Thermaltake simply added 1 inch in height, it would solve that problem and make the case perfect.

Ordered an all-white build & received a BLACK graphics card. I know for many it wouldn’t matter however, these cases have glass panels for a reason- Aesthetics. False advertisement plain and simple. PC’s are a showpiece as much as they are utilitarian. Gone are the days of PC’s hidden under a desk. Mine had suffs and scratches galore. Case fans were set-up completely wrong. Whoever put this together didn’t have a basic clue about Airflow. One of My AIO fans had wires preventing it from spinning. My cost was just under 2.7k & components were sub-par. They installed the cheapest version of every component. ASROCK Micro ATX with the most limitations and least capabilities. 850 watt Non- Modular power supply, Unacceptable at this price point. Graphics card was not on only the wrong color but the most returned problematic partner board version. I build PC’s and often use Thermaltake products because they are dependable. I feel like this offering is using Thermaltake cases and fans but is built by someone outside of their control. I asked Best Buy what they could do to help remedy the problem and was offered 100 dollars. I’m returning it. You could have a far superior pc built for the same price this costs. Perhaps others got lucky with theirs. I sure didn’t.

I will preface this review by saying ive only had this PC for about a week and will update this review should anything change. So far, my expectations have been exceeded. This thing works amazingly well. This is my first prebuilt PC, i have always built my own in the past, but with component prices where they are at, it would have cost just as much, if not more, than this prebuilt. The packaging was exceptional, with no issues with delivery and unboxing. The build quality really impressed me, everything was securely installed and the cable management is pretty solid. The only gripe i have so far is the way the fans are set up on the radiator they are set to blow air out of the case as opposed to suck air in, for this case configuration sucking air in would have been optimial but can be changed later also one of the fans on top of the case seems to be slighlty louder than the others, but that could just be my perception. Also, my PC came with a different gpu and mobo than what is pictured, came with a B760M-CW and an MSI Ventus 4080 S although your mileage may vary based on component availability at the time of ordering. Upon boot up, i was pleased to see a clean Windows install with no bloatware (that i can find anyways). Additionally, after performing several updates and checking the bios, i was pleasantly surprised to see an XMP profile already set up by default, the bios firmware was up to date, and resizeable bar was already enabled! It also appears that there may be an undervolt on my cpu as the 14700kf was sitting at 1.288 volts at idle. I have had no heat issues, everything seems to be running relatively cool. I mostly play flight sims and strategy games and so far this thing has chewed through everything i have thrown at it happily!

After building my last 2 PCs I wanted a good pre-built. So far this thing is very capable. The i7 is a great processor. Only 2 minor drawbacks are the Zotac GPU and the access to it. Zotac isn’t terrible but pictured is a MSI. I’ve obviously heard of Zotac but don’t know what quality they are. So far this PC performs great though connected to a 65 inch 4K Sony TV. Yeah I don’t like playing on small monitors.

Absolutely love everything about this Thermaltake PC. The look, build and the power! This PC can run anything and whatever you want on Ultra settings. I got this peace of art on sale and it’s absolutely worth the price.

I’ve been using this PC for about 2 weeks now, and it seems to be working flawlessly. It arrived a few days before it said it would too. It arrived well packed with an expanding foam package inside, and cut pieces of foam supporting the GPU. I opened the case and checked mounts, USB headers, screws, and other cable connections and nothing was loose. It comes preinstalled with just the RGB control software, which is way better than HP or other large PC builders which add bloatware. For temperatures, CPU runs 28C idle and 60-70C under max load. Very impressive. GPU doesn’t get above 70C. My ambient temp is 26C usually. I parted this build out on PC partpicker and it was about $2300 (with full price windows 11), so there is a bout a $200 build and service fee, which in 2024 I can’t really complain about. Only mild annoyance is the IO. You have to remove the top lid to plug anything in. I think this is a great looking PC that was built corectly for prebuilt standards. Would recommend.

Upon receiving the computer, everything appeared to be in working order. However, after a few hours of setting everything up on the computer, I ran into a minor problem with the motherboard. When trying to use the USB connections on the top of the case, I realize that one of the USB 3 connections Was broken and would not receive any data. Upon my own investigation of checking the motherboard and the cable running from the cases USB’s to the motherboard, I found that the connection at which the two met had been poorly put together. Taking out the cable and looking at that connection point, I realize that whoever had put together the PC had done a poor job at putting the connector together together and there were several bent pins with a few broken inside of the connection point. This will not interfere with the regular every day operations of the computer, but when paying this much for a product, such as this, I would expect to see better caretaking in the assembly of the PC that way we don’t have damaged motherboard upon arrival. I know this is probably an accident on Best Buy’s part but I expect more quality checks when it comes to PCs at this 2000+ price point.

Awesome pc friends family and my self really all think its a beautiful looking case. It runs almost every game if not every game I throw at it at max setting. The bad part is the ports are on the inside of the pc and do not face out
