Really love this chair. Very supportive if you have a bad back and the lumbar pillow is a strap around the middle area of the seat and it’s removable if you want to have a flat back rest. Strong and sturdy and really nice feel. Kinda like microfiber. Rolls really nice and the wheels don’t damage my floor like my past chairs. Very smooth glide feel when moving. Head rest is comfy too. Highly recommend. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the Lumbar pad is a little tough on my back . I have rods and screws going from my T10-L2 Vertebrae and it does kinda hurt after a while so I do have to move it every now and then or just take it off completely. Hope this helps!

I’ve had this chair for only 4 days, but it has been a massive upgrade for me.
I typically have pleather or leather chairs, so I really concerned about this being cloth backed, but it’s actually very nice! The chair is borderline luxurious because of how nice the cloth is. I would describe the cloth backing as similar to something you find in a car… it’s thick, soft and durable.
I pretty much live on my home office, and some weeks I’m spending 60+ hours at my desk, so a comfortable chair is really important. I thought my last my previous chair was comfortable, but it’s nothing compared to this. The sliding lumbar support is incredibly useful, because depending on your position, you will need to adjust the support. I also really like the head pillow, which is really nice when you have the chair reclined.
The chair reclines almost flat, and you feel like you are going to tip over the first time you recline, but it’s very balanced. The arm tests are easily adjustable, but I wish the arm rests had the same cloth backing.
The chair itself is kind of firm, which at first may feel too firm… but after spending a few 8 hour days in this chair, it’s actually perfect! The casters are aren’t your typical wheels, they easily roll in every direction. My son keeps taking my chair out of the office to slide around the house.
I was also concerned the chair size would overwhelm my office, but it’s not as massive as I expected, and fits perfect!
Assembly wise, you are looking at 20-30 minutes. I had some issues with one of the supplies bolts, but I was able to resolve it myself. The chair also comes with a nice hat and oversized mousepad.

Very comfortable and extremely easy install. The quality of the product is good too. Metal everywhere and the fabric is top tier. Good for WFH and long gaming sessions.

A great chair that’s so easy to assemble your kids could do it and holds up against the top-of-the-line competitors that easily could cost into the thousands of dollars.
    Pros:
    – Very easy to assemble
    – Fabric is firm and breathable but soft enough to rest into.
    – Arm rests have a comfortable hard foam layer resting over the plastic and are adjustable, pulling in and out, raising up and down as well as twisting to each side.
    – Chair leans back almost completely flat.
    – Includes a lumbar support pillow
    Cons:
    – Can tip forward if the backseat is fully upright and is elevated to maximum
    – Seating room is acceptable but could be a little wider.
    – Head cushion is thin and doesn’t rest against the head/shoulder area very well.
    – Doesn’t have a leg rest 🙁
Best chair I’ve owned so… overall, it was a $400 well spent, my other chair was causing me serious posture problems and constant body pains, aches and almost non-stop fatigue. If you’re in a chair for most of your time, gaming or working, this is a great chair to have while you dream for the best chair on the market.

This chair fills my needs as a tall (6 ft 1 in) and somewhat
heavy (260 lb) individual. It is also comfortable and
    classy looking.
The chair itself is heavy (57 lb) and arrives in a fairly
massive box (62 lb). The box arrived showing some
wear (photos), which is to be expected for one of
its weight and size. However, the contents were
very well packed and in excellent condition.
I recommend that assembly be done on a large, clear
area of floor – and that an old sheet be spread over that
surface to protect the chair during assembly. I carefully
unpacked the pieces, and checked against the list of
pieces. Everything was there, including the only tool
needed for assembly and a pair of very nice white
gloves to protect the very nice finish of the chair.
I very carefully read the instructions included, but
found the video showing assembly to be more helpful.
Working by myself and proceeding very carefully, it
took me about 90 minutes to do the unpacking, repeated
viewing of the installation video, and assembly. The
    finished chair looks very nice.
To date my main activity making use of the chair is
digitizing and editting old family slides. I keep the
back of the chair upright, and find it quite comfortable for
    my long editting sessions.
My one criticism of the chair is that the arm rests do not
appear to be very sturdy – but this does not impact me
as I rarely use them while doing my work on the computer.
I would not hesitate to recommend this chair.

The Arrozi Vernazza chair is a very comfortable and well built chair. It arrived at my doorstep safely and seemed to be packaged well to protect the chair and fabric during shipping. When I popped the box open, I found it did require a small amount of assembly, as I expected. The assembly process was quick and easy and the included instructions were simple and straightforward. Plan on having a helper as this chair is well constructed and is a little heavy to lug around by ones self. Once constructed, the chair has a very nice look and feel. The lumbar support is nice, as well as the head and neck support. The amount of adjustability you can with this chair is impressive. It will recline flat back which was both surprising and impressive. I’ve been using the chair for 3-4 hours per day for the last week now and I can say I am very happy with it. After spending a good amount of time sitting in it, I don’t feel sore once I stand up. That is enough to tell me that it is a supportive chair for me and my body type. For reference, I am 6ft tall and 205lb. If you’re in the market for a great chair, I would not hesitate to purchase this unit! As a bonus, It came with a nice hat and mouse pad as well!

Unbelievably comfortable. Very well made, easy to assemble. Worth every penny. Makes my last computer chair feel like the bed of Procrustes.
As a medical student and disabled veteran, my body noticed right away the difference of sitting in this chair. My ‘normal’ aches and pains after studying are significantly alleviated. This was a great investment that I don’t regret in any way, every day I love this comfy Vernazza baby even more.
It is very comfortable and can even lie completely flat if you want to take a break. I absolutely love it, total game changer.

  8. Nice

The chair components were packaged very securely. Nothing inside arrived damaged. After opening the package and paying attention to the box warnings. Making sure not to cut the box and mistakenly cut into the chair. I pulled everything out piece by piece. The chair comes with simple easily understandable instructions. The instructions are picture illustrated as well.
Setup took about 25 minutes. All you do is unscrew some bolts and align the back portion with the seat. Screw in the bolts and you’re pretty much set. Simple and easy! Attaching the wheels to the Star-like item required some force to insert but nothing too major. Once the chair was all pieced together. I took my first sit! I was so amazed at how it felt on my backside. It felt so comfortable. The Lumbar support can be adjusted according to your liking. I didn’t feel any hotspots after hours and hours of sitting in the chair.
The chair can get low and fit under most desks. It was able to support my very tall frame. The Right-sided lever can recline the chair back to a 180-degree design. Be conscious in this reclined position you can easily fall asleep. The left-sided lever can adjust the rocking back feature. This can be handy for some, but I didn’t care for it. I prefer the straight-up straight-back position. The armrests swivel and can be adjusted slightly up and down. I liked this feature because depending on how far under your desk you like to be the armrest isn’t limiting this. I’m on hardwood floors and this chair moves silently.
Another feature I like is the material used. No more do you have to worry about a cold chair touching your skin. The headrest was the perfect size for me. This part can be removed depending on size and preference. The color I also enjoyed it because gray is not too gamer-like. When doing online calls for work this looks more professional in color.
Some Negatives? The snap-on pieces that attach on the side feel pretty flimsy. Yet, they have stayed connected. Also, Some of the bolts were hard to tighten down. So some people may struggle with that. Thread Locker was on all the Bolts! These are two very minor negatives. I honestly can’t find any problem with this Chair. Maybe more adjustability in the armrest? This seems like a very solid design and has been a very comfortable experience. When you sit on this chair it just has that feeling of comfort. No feeling of sinking in. No hard Bum. No need to get up and exercise your legs. This chair fits all the gaps for my needs!
