Chair is super solid, comfy, and looks amazing. Instructions are online not in the box.

In attempt to lean and recline all the way back this chair is not balanced, causing you to fall. The wheelbase and seat portion does not provide enough weight to keep this from happening.
The corners above on the back portion of the seat are too pronounced and press into your shoulders displacing them anteriorly. It’s very uncomfortable. For someone who tries to relax, lean back, and keep your hands behind your head (or seat) these pronounced corners will dig into your shoulders giving you discomfort and pain.
***[If this section of the back was less angled will be great improvement]
Also, the seat portion has pronounced edges that press into your legs laterally. This section is low volume cushion causing discomfort and pain.
***[Perhaps if this section were to be kept flush or flat with the rest of the seat will be great improvement]
The rest of the chair is great. The height of the back rest covers up to the top of your head. The lumbar cushion is a nice addition. The pillow works best when you lean back and remove it when you sit up. Armrests are solid. The seat (where your bottom sits) has enough cushion, its comfortable. Very simple to assemble, and smooth mechanics for moving parts; wheels levers, pins.

Decent chair for my son standing around 6’2.. 2 knocks on the assembly though – no instructions or diagrams in the box but not hard to figure out and also the wheels do not lock into place above their swivel point, so small chance they may fall off if you decide to carry chair up or downstairs.

Ronald –
This chair is really solid for a gaming chair at this price, but I did return it and i have a few complaints personally the neck pillow is not the best quality but gets the job done with supporting your neck. Also the recline feature the main reason I returned it would not lock into place and would slide all the way back whenever I would try to adjust it to my liking (it could be that I got a lemon). Other than that I think this chair is pretty good.
ABCDEFG –
Decent for the price. However, the lumbar pillow is constantly sliding down too low, and the leg bolsters do nothing but put uncomfortable pressure on your IT bands. Not sure what they were thinking there.
Mbahrani –
The chair is decent however the build quality of the arm rests is terrible. With that in mind, Bestbuy only helps you if it fails within 2 weeks which is extremely poor customer service. I recently moved and so was busy and didn’t assemble the chair asap. When I did, the arm rest was broken. I contacted Bestbuy multiple times yet they refused to help because the 2 weeks have passed 2 days ago. I still think its a good chair with decent value however you need to make sure the arm rests are good as soon as you can or you will face what im currently facing with Bestbuy.

I like the feel of the material used. I dislike the poor choice of wheels. Over all the chair is comfortable.
