Good monitor for viewing games and movies from computer

This display is massive, bright and extremely colorful. If you want a super-ultrawide, I do recommend this one.

This is a great super ultrawide monitor. Note that the KVM switch only provides 18W of power, but that it has a KVM at all is brilliant as the Samsung G9 OLED lacks on altogether.
This monitor supports true 10bit w/ 144hz at 5120x1440p without DSC and GSYCN which is awesome! It also feels (to me) more responsive than the OLED G9 at 240Hz when gaming (with both DSC and GSYNC on).
My only gripe with this monitor is amount of time it takes to turn off, and that I cannot force OLED Cleaning whenever I want.
Pros:
– 144hz with HDMI w/o DSC
– KMV (!)
– minimal OSD
– setup and forget nature
Cons:
– Build quality – a cut below Samsung G9
– Only 144hz, no higher refresh rate officially supported
– OLED cleaning feature is frustrating
– No clear way to upgrade firmware from Gigabyte
Power cord is on different side from other cables, and rather short. Makes cable management frustrating
