Where do I start. So, I ordered this chair for my son’s 14th birthday. It immediately got delayed, so I thought no big deal. It was delayed two days; when it finally arrived, I noticed the box was opened and then taped shut with regular tape, opposed to the branded security tape.
So I opened the box and immediately noticed that the parts were broken. I immediately called Best Buy to ask them for a replacement, wondering why they even sent this to begin with.
So the rep says, oh you can just return it to any Best Buy store. I can’t fit the chair in my car, which is why I preferred it delivery. So she assures me, UPS can just come pick it up. She goes on to tell me that I will receive an email that will allow me to schedule a pickup.
I never recieved an email and I work a morning job. UPS just randomly shows up without notice to pickup the chair, but again I work mornings, I’m not at home to give it to them, nor do I know when they are coming.
Now, I’m trying to find a way to return this thing to the store. My son’s birthday was ruined. Worst Bedt Buy experience ever. I still haven’t received a replacement as it’s been delayed for about a week now and may end up being cancelled, will update if it is cancelled.

This chair is very comfortable and really happy with the quality. Purchased it for my office, and the locking recline feature is a nice touch. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest make it suitable for both me and my partner. Plus, it was very easy to assemble and Sofie approves.

Wrong item shipped. Ill update my review when corrected

The box arrived ripped open and retaped with several missing items. It was not possible at all to actually build the chair so I returned it to the local Best Buy. It looked decent but i would not recommend ordering online…

Bought this for my soon to be 14 yr old son. He was able to assemble it by himself. He was even more excited when he sat in it! He loves all the adjustments that it had. Definitely can be set to any person comfort. I’m even considering getting me one for my office.

I have ordered this chair twice and both times have received wrong chair. Both times they sent me a serta chair, just like one of the other reviewers on here. I cant speak to the quality of the chair but the chair but I will say until this gets sorted out expect the wrong item to be shipped.

Primairly as a PC gamer, the Lenova Legion Mesh Gaming Chair succeeds in suiting most of my personal needs. Building the chair took almost no effort, which was appreciated since cheaper “gaming chairs” tend to have a challenging build process. Comfort is extraordinary; the mesh back feels comfortable and is one of the seats unique characteristic, hence the price. The seat is incredible; it offers an excellent blend of just the right amount of firmness without being too firm as to cause pain from long(er) sessions. Although the seat is big, it does feel comfortable whether a petite or bigger user sits on the chair. The arm rests are incredible, arguably one of the best; they too are firm, but have a suddel softness to them when you push down with enough force. The arm rests also accomadate different possitional prefrences to suit your exact needs, whether you need the arm rest to extend out or inwards, it does it all and it does it very well. Furthermore, the arm rests are big, as such, they serve as a relaxing area to rest your arms. The overall build quality of the chair is good, and is very heavy which leads me to believe that hopefully, the chair will last for a while. However, despite the praise this chair deserves, I have a hard time adjusting to the fact that the Legion Mesh gaming chair does not fully stand in a veritcal position. When I look for a gaming chair, I need a chair that, when I sit, the chair can be pushed up against my “entire” back and support my neck, since that is what I am used too. The Legion Mesh gaming chair, although when standing in its most vertical position, does push up against my back, it only pushes up against my lower back since it is the back mesh pushing against my lower back. When the user relaxes on the chair, that is when the chair excells in comfort, however when actually (PC) gaming, it does not quite do what I personally am used too. Time is perhaps needed to adjust, but it is time I am willing to give to the product since I have been impressed by it thus far.

Very nice! Just built it and already love this chair!
I’m 6”2 230lbs and it isn’t tight at all, it leans back in a nice position and don’t even get me started on the arm wrest…..nice texture that doesn’t stick to you when gaming or hurt over time of playing on them from what I can already tell
