Item is as described. 4K IPS@144hz. No dead pixels on arrival. Settings are pretty standard for any monitor. Has a cool back glow that you can change to any solid color, or a rainbow effect. Comes with all the cables you need and a small plastic mouse cord clip that connects to the bottom. HDR is average for a monitor.

This is a really great monitor. There is almost no IPS glow or backlight bleed to be seen, and the colors are crisp and vibrant. Excellent product and highly recommend. I’m using it for PC games now and its been incredible.
Only very minor cons I would mention:
The out of the box color settings are a little unusual. It is very green / yellow tinted. In addition, some of the variable refresh rate ranges towards the mid-low scale seem just a touch off. These are minor though, and I would not let these steer you away from a product that is this good. Overall its definitely a great display.

For your everyday gamer this is a MUST have and it’s a perfect gift. The graphics are phenomenal as well as the frame rates. The contrast ratio isn’t anything crazy but the wide color gamut combined with HDR definitely makes up for that! only problem is when it arrived there was a deep scratch on the top left of the screen so I ordered a new one. Overall a great purchase.

Had the monitor for 6 months and is one of the best monitors I’ve personally used. It’s really bright and games run smoothly whether you’re on console or pc. Another cool feature are the lights on the back of the monitor which give it a cool asthetic and great ambient lighting at night.

Excellent visuals the monitor is really bright and really fluid. I love the customization with the RGB lights in the back of the monitor and it is compatible with my ps5 which the specs is 4k and 120hz and my computer is 4k and 144hz which is awesome and exactly what I need.

Great work/gaming monitor. If the space is available go for 32” otherwise 27” is a good alternative.
I wish it was bit more bright but had no issues in well lit room.

I researched buying a 4K monitor for a long time. I finally decided to purchase this model as it seemed to meet all of my criteria to fit on my hutch. My assessment of this monitor is impressive in that when playing MSFS 2020 (my main purpose in all of this this) the scenery is breathtaking. Frame rate and resolution is great, and the experience is fulfilling. There is a myriad of adjustments and tweaks to get the perfect settings for your tastes. Overall, a fine choice.
However, for the MSRP, this unit lacks features such as True HDR, mini LED, and local dimming (which LG plans to release in 2024 for $1000). But at the current BBY price, this is a very good monitor (as long as you don’t really care about the above).
Now for the downside. The first unit I picked up was disappointing. Not that it had stuck or dead pixels, but the panel was brighter on the right side than the left and had kind of a ‘hot spot’ which all adjustments would not resolve (see photos attached). I’m not sure how this one got through LG’s QC, unless it was damaged through shipping. Anyway, it was annoying.
Kudos goes to the BBY staff, online and in store, for making the exchange easy and painless. The second unit is working as expected and a keeper. Good job Best Buy!
