    Order this product on Feb 21st. It has been delayed over and over again. Per my account a label has been created, but never shipped. I called best buy customer service, they were going to replace/reorder the product. No order was ever siplayed in my account nor email received confirming. I again called customer service, no one seems to be able to do anything but put in a ticket. Yet, my payment is due to my credit card for a product best buy has not shipped. Asked to cancel the order, as i do not want to pay for something i did not recieve. My account still doesnt reflect a credit. I have canceled my best buy credit card that i have had for 10 years, because i will no longer be a customer of best buy. Pathetic how customers are treated, train your people to do better. I will also be sharing my experience on social media and discouraging others to no longer ship with best buy!

    Curve is very aggressive so at first i didnt like using it vertically. I grew used to it since then and its great. My biggest gripe is it does not have hdmi 2.1 so i cant use it with my dock at high frames

    This review is for the customer service recieved during the process, which isn’t complete. I ordered this item with a complete address, even customer service agreed that the apartment number was present. To my surprise, a message from UPS appears, a day after expected delivery, stating the apartment number was missing. When I called Bestbuy to ask what happened, they refused to take blame and in fact told a bold faced lie saying they weren’t at fault because they didn’t set up the order. Then who did? Did UPS telepathically know my order and adress and set it up themselves? The point is, even when their mistakes are STARING THEM IN THE FACE, they will REFUSE responsibilty.. I’d rather fall over dead then ever order something through these unprofessional clowns again.

    I’ve tried numerous monitors for gaming, movie-watching, and schoolwork, but this one is by far my favorite. After fine-tuning the picture settings, it looks fantastic! Dont understand why some people are leaving reviews regarding the shipment of the monitor. That has nothing to do with the monitor. Amazing budget monitor!
