Tall, sturdy and truly heavy duty tripod. The head is so smooth when panning from side to side

I’ve been doing photography and videography for a couple of decades at this point and recently had a need to replace a tripod from a well known manufacturer the day before the solar eclipse. I walked into Best Buy not knowing much about Sunpak and picked this up. I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but I can honestly say this tripod exceeded all my expectations, and in some ways is better than tripods I’ve purchased that cost twice as much. It’s very stable, and I was able to mount a tracker + camera + 800mm lens with no problems at all.

For those looking for a fluid head video tripod, especially with a heavy Cinema rig, this is the one!
A fully rigged full frame cinema camera, XLR audio interface and external monitor can easily be connected to this tripod. The ability to control the heavy weight is fantastic, the fluid movements and ability to lock the position is excellent. So many other tripods let me down, but this one is fantastic!

When you purchase a product you are anxious to put it to use immediately. It is disappointing when something as simple as an inexpensive 1/4 mounting screw is not included in the package. C’mon man, seriously!! Sure, the 3/8 mounting screw was included but all of my cameras requires 1/4 screws. it took me 6 days to find one before I could test the trip-pod out. So far the trip-pod works pretty good.

Love this tripod second one buying since I have a production company @vicecitymediamanagement. It hold the red camera as well as the canon R5C. I needed this big one since the smaller one couldn’t hold up my lens.

This camera stand is sturdy and versatile, perfect for photography and videography. The adjustable height and 360° rotation allow for creative angles, while the lightweight design makes it easy to carry. Non-slip feet ensure stability on various surfaces. Great value for its price, ideal for both amateurs and professionals!
