Long battery life. Very light. The built-in tripod is extremely convinent. Could be a little more user friendly.

I recently purchased an open-box one from Best Buy, and it arrived missing a crucial cable. I contacted online customer service, who assured me that my local store could easily resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. When I went to the Secaucus Best Buy, the employee I spoke with was completely unhelpful. Instead of providing the correct replacement cable, they offered me a long, dirty, and completely inappropriate cable that was clearly not meant for my device.
This is unacceptable! Not only was the item incomplete, but the local store’s response was unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s clear that Best Buy has no quality control for their open-box items and that their customer service is seriously lacking.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and will be hesitant to purchase anything from Best Buy again, especially open-box items. I strongly advise others to avoid the same frustration and look elsewhere.
