I love this monitor, 100% worth recommending the only downsides to this is that the company is difficult to deal with but when ordered and protected through BestBuy you go around any issues with the company whatsoever, only 16 local dimming zones but when on sale its at the price point of monitors with no local dimming and way worse color and brightness so its better than nothing, haven’t had any issues whatsoever and ide recommend all variants even the matte and gorilla glass models

Absolutely a scam company that will only deliver this monitor because its best buy, if you order on their website you will mever get it. They will NOT even acknowledge the claimed warranty and just block /ignore you if you have an issue. DO NOT BUY. Report to best buy to drop the product. I do own one and have spent tens of thousands at best buy so olease dont delete review best buy mods- drop this brand!

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It came with the latest firmware update so connecting to my MacBook is a breeze so far. The gorilla glass makes it look so good. Almost feels like Apple studio display. No speakers but I have monitors so all good. Overall dough company seem to be improving with communication specially on Reddit. I would recommend this monitor.

Setup was pretty easy, a little disappointing that it didn’t come with a stand or any video cables, especially for the proce point. had issues with the refresh rate, stable video connection, and its been not a great experience. updating the firmware hasn’t helped much either unfortunately. I’d say spend money on something with equal features but not on this particular monitor

Doesn’t connect to MacBook Pro without reboot everytime, I update software too. You will need a Windows Machine to run the software update too. No VM.

The gorilla glass is great and I’m keeping this monitor. I actually got the extended warranty because I don’t trust its durability and it cost enough that it seemed worth the extra money. I use this monitor with both a Dell laptop and my PC build. The built in USB hub works as a decent KVM although I did have to add a simple Anker USB-C to USB-A 3.0 hub to connect my mouse, KN and mic. The monitor is a bit slow to startup from sleep but that’s my only real complaint. And my thought about the shiny screen is that a matte coat screen may actually be better next time to avoid glare but I’m sticking with the glossy glass to see how it goes long term. Firmware update was a little tricky. Had to change USB hub settings. OSD controls are a bit awkward to get to and use. I would recommend to only technical users.
