It has been playing all my games in 1440p, max settings with high frame rates! The case is really nicely designed & seems like it will be upgradable long into the future. The rgb is fun & thought the omen software to work with it all was nice. Thanks Omen!

I think the power this holds is very amazing, its cool and minor issues
Now, my issues with this is. The side panel doesn’t want to come off, and I need to get this checked by a technician. If that wasn’t an issue it would be 5 stars.

I was ready for an upgrade from my modded 2017 Omen desktop and this one was a good price and gave great performance .
Very solid for a prebuilt PC .

This experience has been awful. So it starts with shipping. I have my delivery method set up to sign for the product on delivery. Well instead of me signing for it, they left it on my front step out in the open. Lied about the fact it was signed for. Then the pc has a crackling audio issue that we can resolve, constant windows 11 not responding messages, its almost impossible to turn off or restart without 30+ wait times. Amongst numerous other issues. Boy am i glad i wasted money on this. Even as i type this my IT guy is now on hour 5 of trying to resolve any one of the issues. 10/10 bestbuy

Decent performance for the price, good if you don’t really know much about pcs and you just want a decent prebuilt

Very good PC.
Only gripe is the motherboard and future upgradability. According to documentation from HP you’re only able to add a maximum of a Ryzen 9 7900. No possibility of using any sort of X3D CPU really holds this PC from being fully upgradable.
Other than that it’s a very capable system especially when it’s on sale.

Great pre-build. Works on tons of games and has consistent frames and refresh rates. Have had zero issues since owning. Great deal since I got it on sale aswell.
