My original first generation Switch was starting to run slower than an old Windows 95 computer but I didn’t really want to pay full price for the OLED model. So I went out on a limb and bought a geek squad certified refurbished. I was pleasantly surprised to find what appeared to be an unopened box item. Stickers were still in place (the kind that are on the box keeping it sealed when you buy it brand new). All packaging and inserts were intact inside the box. The switch itself had no identifiable marks indicating it had been used previously, and is working like a charm. Feel like I have a brand new item at 50 bucks less. I would absolutely recommend going this route to anyone trying to be a little more frugal. And if you happen to buy a lemon, it is certified and warrantied so you should be able to replace it or get a refund without issue.

I finally bought myself an OLED and the switch is really awesome it has a bigger screen and it is brighter when you play it in handheld or tabletop modes and plus it has a wider kickstand then the first switch has so overall great for people on the go or play at home on your TV

at first, I was very skeptical of buying a refurbished Nintendo switch. I could honestly say this was a very great experience and when I received the switch, it was pretty much near mint condition. I am truly satisfied with this purchase!!!!

I am a little worried reading some of the refurbished reviews but I wanted this for the Zelda release so I rolled the dice. It is perfect, all packaging was the same as if it were new. The geek squad did an excellent job with mine and I am very happy. I bought a case and screen protector elsewhere but my OLED switch is PERFECT!!

The Nintendo switch is a “game” changer in the console world. Not only does it allow you to play on the go with a very vibrant OLED screen, but the ability to hook it up to a larger TV and not lose quality is a fantastic feature. The games are great, quality is great, and is a blast to play either on your own or with the whole family.
I bought this model from Best Buy refurbished since it was slightly cheaper than a brand new one, and have been very happy with the purchase. Whoever does the refurbishing at Best Buy deserves a raise! Whenever you buy something refurbished, there is always hesitation when it comes to quality control. However, with this OLED switch, the quality is as if it was brand new. Must Buy.

So, I was a little hesitant about buying a refurbished console, but this unit has exceeded my expectations. The box itself looked a little used, but when I opened it up, everything looked factory fresh. Everything was packaged/wrapped perfectly. The screen is beautiful and everything works exactly as it should. I have tested multiple games, both digital downloads and physical cards–all work perfectly. I’ve owned this for over a month and it still performs as it should. I love it and would highly recommend a refurbished unit to save yourself a little cash.

Was worried a little because i wanted it new but could only find used and Got mine only 2 days after ordering noting wrong with it looks like it was never even out of the plastic. Cheaper and the same worth it .

It arrived with everything tossed into a Ziploc baggie. Like the kind that you would put a sandwich in. I’m honestly surprised there was no scratches or scuffs. However, I can’t really complain because it’s a perfectly working OLED switch (in my case)! I had the option to either buy the OG old switch for $299 or buy this refurbished OLED switch for only $10 more! I don’t know about you but for me that was a really easy decision! Though I was worried, I am very happy with my purchase! However, I will not be giving this five stars, due to the fact that it arrived in a baggie. I feel like it could’ve been in a more secure box. The way the switch and everything was thrown in feels like they were the french fries at the bottom of your bag lol. Also, sorry for the wonky photos. The first two are screenshots from the video I took the day I got it in the last one is from today. (The screen only looks weird because of my phone camera)
